An Invitation...

If you are new to the district or have not been to the Saint Paul Public Schools Outdoor Education Program at Belwin, I encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity. Belwin is located in Afton, Minnesota about 30 minutes east of St. Paul. Saint Paul's use of the facility is a result of a partnership between the Saint Paul School District 625 and a private landowner. Students have over 225 acres of woods, prairie, ponds, and stream to explore. The special education program is lead by a licensed special education teacher with over 20 years of experience. Last year over 2000 students and teachers took part in this program. We service early childhood special education programs, elementary and secondary programs, and transition programs (18-21 years of age).
